ORDER CONFIRMATION
By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions of J-Dish.com. Once we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We’ll confirm your order through email once we’ve checked our stock level. In the event of incorrect stock levels, we reserve the right not to deliver, even though we have received the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the order terms in the confirmation, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel/change the order. 
 
 
ORDER PROCESSING
Order is shipped out between Monday to Friday during business days. Once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 4 business days is required before the order is shipped out. We take great care to pack the items so to minimize breakage during transit. For international order, we’ll provide you with the actual shipping cost once the shipment has been prepared. 
MODIFYING or CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
All sales and discounted items are final sales once the order is submitted, and are ineligible to return and exchange once the shipment is shipped out. We will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before the order enters our shipping queues. 
 
 
DUTIES & TAXES
International orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. By placing an order with J-Dish Co., you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office. If you refuse to pay these charges upon delivery, you order will be returned to J-Dish Co. and your account will be credited according to our return policy less any shipping and import fees associated with the return. J-Dish Co. is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused by in-transit by the postal service, courier or customs agencies.
 
 
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payment by VISA and MasterCard. Occasionally, we will contact you for additional information in verifying your identity. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
 
 
PRICES
Prices shown on J-Dish.com are in Canadian currency. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are not included in the price of the product(s). Despite our best efforts in providing accurate prices on J-Dish.com, there may be error(s) from time to time. We reserve the right to adjust incorrect prices. We will contact you if there is an error on the order pricing before the product(s) proceeds to shipment.
 
 
PROMOTION
Each promotional code is limited to one use per customer in a single transaction, and it can only be applied to in-stock items. The promotional code cannot be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated, and is only valid within the explicitly set time period. Promotion codes do not apply to shipping and taxes, and it cannot apply to previous purchases.
LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS
By placing an order with J-Dish.com, you understand and agree that J-Dish.com shall not be held liable for any damages caused to the items/packages during shipment. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier company. J-Dish Co./j-dish.com does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items/packages.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sold items are non-refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for store credit within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. A 20% restocking fee is applicable. Please contact us at info@j-dish.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number prior to sending the item back for an exchange or return. No returns will be accepted without this number. Please note RA number is not required for in-store return. Return shipping must be done within 7 business days. Returns arriving at our store late shall not be accepted.

All returns and exchanges must be in original resalable condition with the original tags and packaging intact. 

All sales are FINAL for Take-Out Boxes, Pine Boats, Barans, Vegetable Slicers, and Knives - no returns, no exchanges. All Sale Items are FINAL, no exchange and no return. Shipping fee and gift wrapping fee are non-refundable. In case of an exchange, items may only be exchanged for other regular priced items available in-store or at www.j-dish.com.

All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (including return shipping to our store, re-shipping fee of the exchanged item, duties and taxes) are customer’s responsibility. 

Please return all items (include the packing slip with RA#) by shipping with insurance and tracking, and keep your receipt. Please pack with care upon returning. We cannot issue a credit for any lost or damaged products in shipping. 

 

BREAKAGE OR DISCREPANCIES
Customers need to notify us at info@j-dish.com for damaged products during shipping within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Please contact us to obtain RA#. We cannot be responsible for claims after 3 days. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep all items and packaging in its original state as delivered for future inspection by the carrier.

 

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
Any package that is refused or undeliverable for any reason will incur both the original and the additional return shipping charges. When the package is received back, a credit will be given for the purchase price excluding both shipping charges.

 

PICK-UP
If you wish to order an item online but wish to pick up the order from our store, please continue through the ordering checkout process online and select ‘”PickUp” to bypass the shipping. Please note, you must be located in Canada in order to pick up the order.

 
RETURNS & EXCHANGE FROM INTERNATIONAL
For returns/exchanges outside of Canada and USA, please send return shipment via postal service (e.g. EMS, Royal Mail, Korea Post). Return shipment via other courier services (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) will incur duties, handling and/or brokerage fees, and this will be deducted from your credit/refund. All returned items must be declared as “Returned Canadian Goods” and under a $1 CAD value in the customs section of the return shipping label. Returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees. We advise using tracking service for all returns/exchanges, as we are not responsible for any damaged or lost items. 
All returns/exchanges shipping must be done within 7 business days. All late item(s) will not be accepted, and refund will not be processed.
